Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Homeopathic BHMS Doctor located in the Pune Division (Viman Nagar). The role involves conducting detailed patient consultations, taking comprehensive case histories, and prescribing individualized homeopathic treatment plans. The doctor will monitor patient progress, adjust remedies as needed, and maintain accurate medical records. Daily responsibilities include educating patients and families on homeopathic principles, immunity support, and care for conditions such as Autism and ADHD, while collaborating with the clinic team to ensure high-quality, ethical, and safe practice. The role also includes participation in case discussions, internal training, and supporting clinic initiatives to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- BHMS degree from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- 1–5 years of clinical experience in homeopathy, preferably in an outpatient or specialty clinic setting.
- Strong skills in case-taking, clinical reasoning, and individualized remedy selection.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, monitor treatment outcomes, and maintain detailed, accurate patient documentation.
- Effective communication and counseling skills to explain treatment plans, address patient concerns, and work empathetically with individuals and families.
- Professional conduct with a focus on ethics, patient safety, confidentiality, and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Interest or experience in managing chronic conditions, immunity-related concerns, Autism, ADHD, or pediatric cases is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a structured clinic environment, adhering to protocols, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
- Basic computer literacy for using electronic records and clinic management systems.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing learning, attend internal trainings, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
