Role Overview
Emami Limited is looking for a Digital & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer-driven brand building and digital amplification across key products within the Consumer Care portfolio. This role will play a critical part in scaling influencer marketing initiatives across categories such as Pancharishta, Nityam, Health Juices, Chyavanprash, Honey, and others.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing a large influencer ecosystem, driving campaign effectiveness, and ensuring seamless execution across agencies and internal stakeholders. This is a highly execution-driven role requiring strong coordination, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
· Manage and scale a network of influencers across multiple categories
· Identify and onboard relevant influencer profiles including Healthcare Professionals, Gut Experts, KOLs, Lifestyle and Wellness creators
· Drive measurable KPIs across campaigns including reach, engagement, and conversions
Campaign Management & Delivery
· Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across brands
· Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery against defined objectives
· Track and analyze cost vs impact metrics to optimize campaign ROI
· Ensure consistent quality and messaging across all influencer content
Agency & Partner Management
· Identify and onboard the right agency partners for campaign execution
· Manage multiple agencies simultaneously for content creation and delivery
· Lead commercial negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and optimal output
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Brand, Legal, R&D, and Regulatory teams for campaign approvals
· Ensure alignment on content guidelines, compliance, and brand positioning
· Coordinate internally to drive smooth execution across all campaigns
Operational Excellence
· Handle high-volume, execution-heavy workflows with strong attention to detail
· Ensure continuous tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaign performance
· Maintain strong coordination across stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing, preferably within FMCG / Consumer / Healthcare categories
Qualification
MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing or related field (preferred)
