Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Subject Matter Expert. The Subject Matter Expert will focus on offering domain-specific expertise to improve the delivery of healthcare services. Responsibilities include researching and staying updated on the latest industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to develop educational content or protocols, providing guidance on specialized health conditions, and ensuring that services maintain a high level of quality and compliance with industry standards.
To work with closely with Therapy and Quality Department on preparing NABH policy & making individual therapy protocols, documentation standards, daily center visits for double-checking quality and documentation process , preparing monthly audits on documentation, and presentations in Quality Meet and conducting a training and development of skills and training the new joiners and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Domain expertise in Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, or AYUSH treatments
- Experience in conducting research and understanding treatment protocols
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in providing training and educational content to internal teams
- Ability to analyze data and suggest solutions for maintaining and improving healthcare standards
- Commitment to upholding compassionate care and holistic approaches
- Relevant professional certifications or healthcare qualifications and work experience in a similar role
