Role Description
The Senior Physiotherapist will provide high-quality, personalized physiotherapy care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating individualized treatment plans incorporating advanced therapy techniques, and monitoring progress to achieve optimal outcomes. Daily tasks also involve guiding patients through therapy exercises, educating patients and their families about safe recovery practices, and maintaining thorough documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru, requiring collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to demonstrate strong manual therapy and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to ensuring patient safety and comfort during sessions
- Relevant experience in a similar physiotherapy role, preferably in a clinical or homecare setting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
