Role Description
The Consultant Doctor will provide expert medical consultation and oversee patient cases with a focus on integrating Neo Ayurveda protocols into treatment plans. Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosis, implementation of herbal and lifestyle-based treatment methods, and adherence to our proprietary approaches. The Consultant Doctor will collaborate with the medical and research teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure treatment efficacy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North.
Qualifications
- Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills in diagnosing and treating chronic diseases
- Experience or interest in Ayurveda, holistic medicine, or integrative healthcare approaches
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to innovative treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and education
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant certifications; additional qualifications in Ayurveda are a plus
- Experience in treating chronic conditions like diabetes, CKD, or hypertension is advantageous
- Fluency in English and regional languages is desirable
