Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Visit doctors regularly to promote hospital services and specialties
- Generate patient referrals through effective networking and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure smooth patient handling
- Organize doctor engagement activities, CMEs, and promotional events
- Track referral data and prepare regular reports on conversion and performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among referring doctors
