About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and proactive Pharmacist who not only manages medicines and prescriptions but also actively engages with doctors and clinic staff. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, capable of building professional relationships with doctors and contribute to improving patient care and clinic efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper storage, handling and inventory management of medicines.
Maintain records as per regulatory and compliance standards.
Educate patients on dosage, usage and precautions of prescribed medicines.
Coordinate with clinics to ensure smooth medicine availability.
Doctor Interaction & Relationship Management (Important).
Build strong working relationships with doctors and clinic teams.
Communicate effectively with doctors regarding prescriptions, substitutions and patient requirements.
Support doctors in improving patient experience through better medication management.
Be comfortable in professional discussions and follow-ups with doctors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Pharmacy (B. Pharm / D. Pharm)
Valid pharmacist license/registration
Fresher or 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred, freshers can be considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be confident and comfortable in interacting with doctors
Basic knowledge of inventory software/MS Excel is a plus
