Lilium Diagnostics has open positions for Clinical Nurses and Nurse Practitioners with extensive experience in phlebotomy and patient evaluations for its upscale collection center (clinic) in downtown Montréal.
Requirements and Experience:
- Clinical Nurse (B.S. degree; Infirmier Clinicienne) or Nurse Practitioner (M.S. degree; Infirmier Praticienne) and member of OIIQ;
- Extensive experience in performing patient evaluations and working under Ordonnance collectives;
- Extensive experience in phlebotomy (including with straight needle-to-vial systems) in all age groups from young children to 80+ years old;
- Detail-oriented and experience in selecting lab tests;
- Fluent language skills in French, and fluent or excellent in English;
- Ability to work independently with multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent customer service skills who enjoys caring for customers / patients.
This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday 7:00 - 14:15 + every other Saturday (get one day off during the week when working on a Saturday) + bonus pay

Responsibilities
- Phlebotomy and selecting lab tests;
- Perform patient assessments under Ordonnance collectives (under a Lilium doctor);
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals;
- Answer patient questions and patient / client care;
- Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality in all interactions;
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in the field of nursing to provide optimal care.
