Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Doctor role, located in Shajapur. The Fresher Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, providing high-quality patient care, and maintaining detailed medical records. Additional responsibilities include performing routine health evaluations, prescribing appropriate treatments, and offering preventative healthcare advice. The role may also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with ethical medical practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in medical diagnosis, treatment procedures, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and prescribing appropriate treatments
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
- M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institution; valid certification or license to practice medicine in India
- Compassionate approach to patient care and strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of healthcare technology platforms is advantageous
