Kineton & Tysoe Surgeries between Banbury & Warwick J15 of M40
We are looking for a GP to join our practice, working 4 sessions a week, to include a weds morning, Thursday morning and all day Friday. This will initially be for a 12 month contract with the view of keeping on.
We are a Two-Site GMS training practice located in a rural area, offering an excellent work environment and unique advantages. Our dedicated team comprises Two Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Clinical Pharmacists, a Practice Nurse, one HCA, and a supportive Administration Team. We take pride in our commitment to medical education and supervise 5 GP Registrars and medical students.
In addition, we provide mentoring and support to newly qualified GPs, ensuring a smooth transition into practice.

We are actively engaged in our Primary Care Network with our GP Partner working as CD for the PCN, playing a vital role in the implementation of diverse PCN projects. We are actively involved in research to enhance patient care and hold the 'Research Ready' accreditation as part of the South Warwickshire Research Group. About the Practice:
- Rural GMS Practice serving a list Size of 7500 patients across 2 Sites-CV35 0LP & CV35 0SG
- Accredited GP Training Practice for Oxford & West Mids Deanery
- Medical Student Training Practice for Warwick & Birmingham University, with dedicated training clinics
- Nurse & Pharmacist led Chronic Disease clinics
- Majority of correspondence actioned by admin, freeing up GP time
- Designated Minor Surgery and Women’s Health Clinics
- EMIS Web Clinical System with advanced add-ons: Accurx Professional, PCIT & Ardens
- Utilization of Artificial Intelligence Bots to assist with workload
- Research Ready Accredited practice
