Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Doctor, based in Aurangabad, with flexibility for partial remote work as needed. The Doctor will deliver patient-centric medical care, including conducting home visits, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate patient medical records, providing teleconsultations, and ensuring high standards of healthcare delivery. You will also provide wellness guidance and support to patients and their families, fostering trust and empathetic care.

Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, with strong clinical skills and medical decision-making expertise
Experience with patient management, creating treatment plans, and performing home-based consultations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient interaction skills with an empathetic approach to healthcare
Familiarity with digital health tools, telemedicine platforms, and electronic medical records
MBBS degree and valid medical license with relevant certifications; additional specialization is a plus
A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice; experience in home healthcare is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to hybrid work settings
