Key Responsibilities
- Make every patient feel comfortable during all visits.
- Help patients fill out forms and understand consultation requirements.
- Understand patient concerns and share important details with the doctor.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and expected recovery in simple language.
- Ensure all interactions are patient-focused.
- Convert patients to start treatment and generate revenue for the clinic (SALES).
- Engage and counsel patients to convert consultations into confirmed treatments,
supporting revenue generation and overall business growth.
- Encourage patients to complete their full treatment program.
- Share success stories and involve doctors to clear clinical doubts.
- Handle patient complaints with empathy.
- Build long-term patient relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with scheduling team for smooth appointments.
- Maintain a neat appearance and support a clean, patient-friendly clinic environment.
- Support daily clinic operations and financial tasks like billing and discounts.
- Maintain daily counselling reports.
Training
- 15 days of training will be provided.
- No leaves are allowed during these 15 days.
- After evaluation at the end of training, you will start regular work.
Work Schedule
- 6 days working, including Sundays.
- You can take one weekly off on any weekday (not Sunday).
- 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (must be flexible).
Qualifications & Skills
- HSC or Graduate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in patient counselling or customer service
- Prior experience in Business Development role
- Sales experience & ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic software knowledge
