This is a position of deep trust and significant responsibility.

• Operate and maintain medical equipment at home (BP monitors, nebulisers, oxygen concentrators, glucose meters)
• Provide emergency first aid and initiate escalation protocol in the event of a medical crisis
• Maintain patient health records, investigation reports, discharge summaries, and prescription files in an organised manner
2. Doctor Visits & Hospital Coordination
• Schedule, confirm, and accompany family members to specialist and outpatient clinic appointments
• Prepare a concise pre-visit brief for each consultation: current symptoms, recent vitals, medication list, and previous investigation results
• Take notes during consultations; follow up on investigations, scans, and referrals
• Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies for appointments, reports, and home sample collection
• Coordinate with treating specialists at Medanta, Fortis, Max, or any other preferred hospital
• Manage insurance authorisation or billing queries during hospitalisation if required
3. Supervision of Household Caretakers

• Maintain an inventory of medical consumables, first-aid supplies, and medications; place replenishment orders in advance
• Ensure compliance with food and dietary instructions prescribed by treating doctors
• Coordinate pest control, linen hygiene, and waste segregation relevant to a healthcare environment
5. General Household Support
• Assist in smooth running of daily household schedule where it intersects with patient care and family well-being
