We are looking for an Company Doctor and a good team member, who will work at SunExpress, İzmir, Adnan Menderes Airport.
Qualifications:
- 5 years medical doctor experience
- Good level in English, German preferable
- Medical faculty graduate, occupational health certificate
Responsibilities:
- Third party/external audit participation
- Preparing health advice infos and medical articles for all employees
- Performing the activities in workplace that taking duty on İSG-Katip System
- Performing in-house and folow the outsource of the alcohol and psychoactive substance inspections according to the APAM procedure
- Supporting other bases’ work when needed
- Optimization of pregnancy and odiogram inspection processes
- To participate in risk analysis studies for newly opened buildings,new tasks and to take necessary actions
- Management of base infirmary unit
- Implementing aviation health regulations to the infirmary functions
- Identifying health operation issues/problems and providing counsel and support in finding solutions
- Managing and monitoring work related diseases, infectious diseases control and immunization activities
- Follow-up of subcontractors’ health documents, participating to the subcontractors’ meetings when necessary, supporting to the preparation of subcontractors’ documents related with EHS items and evaluating the related personnel health reports
- Making environmental hygiene control and monitor the health conditions of the working areas
- Performance of audit as a participant and monitoring of corrections and corrective actions
- Managing company flight crew’s civil aviation medical standards
- Performing the training in scope of ‘EHS Training Procedure’
- Evaluating, advising and selecting personnel protective equipment
- Follow-up contracts which Health Management is involved
- Regularly conducting inspections and evaluations within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Revision of JDs-man hour plan and backup table
- Conducting risk assessments, site monitoring airport, technical, ground, flight
- Checking the validity of subcontractors' inspections and their required documents
