Koshys Hospital is looking for a dedicated ICU Management Doctor to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, managing ICU procedures, and working closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor critically ill patients, ensuring timely assessment and evidence-based treatment in the ICU.
- Perform essential critical care procedures, including CVP line insertion, arterial line placement, intubation, ventilator management, and emergency stabilization.
- Interpret ECGs, ABGs, laboratory investigations, and imaging to support accurate clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with intensivists, specialists, nursing teams, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ICU protocols, infection control measures, and NABH standards.
Requirements
- MBBS with a valid KMC Registration.
- ICU/Critical Care Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- BLS Certification (Mandatory); ACLS Certification preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and emergency management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
