Role Overview
Support Medanta Foundation’s CSR and strategic initiatives by managing and analyzing program data, streamlining data capture mechanisms, and defining and implementing patient ID systems. Generate actionable insights, align research with organizational goals, collaborate with teams, evaluate strategic partners, develop grant proposals, and travel to project locations for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze program and impact data to generate actionable insights
Streamline data capture mechanisms and define/implement patient ID systems
Align research and CSR initiatives with organizational priorities
Prepare timely reports, presentations, and executive briefs
Collaborate with internal teams to design new initiatives and strategies
Evaluate external organizations as potential strategic partners
Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding documentation
Travel to project locations for program reviews and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
Postgraduate degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, research, or healthcare programs
Skills
Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
Experience in data management, patient ID systems, or program monitoring
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability and willingness to travel to multiple project locations
Familiarity with healthcare, social impact, or CSR programs is an advantage
