Qualifications
- Experience in advanced clinical procedures, including root canals, extractions, prosthodontics, and dental implants
- Strong diagnostic, patient consultation, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and team
- A valid MDS degree with relevant work experience in dentistry
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning in dental care
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and working with healthcare management systems
- Leadership skills to mentor junior dentists and oversee clinic operations effectively
