Your work profile
- Develop and lead client's overall strategy and roadmap for digital health transformation, including identifying and prioritizing key initiatives.
- Drive ecosystem adoption by designing adoption programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring implementation progress.
- Conduct research on global and domestic best practices, trends, and innovations to inform strategic and policy decisions.
- Formulate, draft, and update policies, guidelines, and advisories to support digital health adoption, ensuring alignment with technology and product roadmaps.
- Engage extensively with stakeholders—government bodies, industry players, healthcare providers, insurers, and technology partners—to gather inputs and build consensus.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of client initiatives and policies through assessments, consultations, and data-driven insights.
- Provide legal and regulatory support, ensuring compliance with data protection, privacy, healthcare regulations, and managing MoUs/contracts as needed.
- Represent the client in high-level forums, consultations, and exploratory meetings, providing strategic and policy recommendations.
- Support organizational development, including role design, manpower planning, and capacity-building initiatives.
Required Qualification:
- BE./ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA & MBA or equivalent functional Qualification

- Healthcare experience preferred
- Min. 7 – 10 years of experience
- Min. 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in eGovernance, IT enablement, IT implementation etc.
- Relevant soft skills: leadership, negotiation, communication, team building etc.
