Role Overview:

Hospital (OPD & IPD exposure) and partner facility-based physiotherapy services
Structured rehabilitation programs at partner healthcare facilities
Community-oriented geriatric and mobility rehabilitation initiatives
Exposure to varied patient profiles including post-operative, ortho, neuro and geriatric cases

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage OPD and IPD cases in hospital settings
Deliver structured rehabilitation programs
Provide geriatric rehabilitation, mobility training, fall prevention & strengthening protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Coordinate with doctors and facility administrators
Maintain professional documentation and measurable progress tracking
Support patient education and preventive physiotherapy programs

Ideal Candidate:

BPT/MPT with at least 1 year of experience (Orthopaedics / Neurology/ Sports preferred)
Strong command over patient handling, assessments, and planning
Confident in managing the work independently
Friendly communicator and ethical in patient dealings
Maintain digital and physical records of daily patient treatments
