Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at the Painflame Clinic in Delhi. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions, perform detailed clinical evaluations, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with Painflame’s drug-free, non-surgical philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering physiotherapy sessions, applying appropriate manual therapy techniques, coordinating care with chiropractors and other clinicians, and documenting patient progress accurately. The role also involves educating patients on posture, lifestyle modifications, home exercise programs, and preventive care, while maintaining high standards of safety and professional ethics. The Physiotherapist will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, follow clinic protocols, and support a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (BPT; MPT in Orthopedics, Sports, or related specialty preferred) and valid registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Experience or interest in working within multidisciplinary setups including Chiropractic, Osteopathy, and advanced pain management modalities.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and adapt treatment plans based on patient response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, drug-free care, with a focus on treating root causes and promoting long-term functional recovery.
- Prior experience in a busy outpatient or spine/pain clinic setting is an advantage; new graduates with strong clinical skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for record-keeping and openness to continuous learning through training, workshops, and clinical updates.
