We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services at patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments, including pain, range of motion, muscle strength, posture, gait, and functional ability.
- Offer rehabilitative care and pain management through manual therapy, exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Coordinate with Betterway's doctors, senior physiotherapists, and care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
- Travel to patients' homes across Gurugram as per scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with valid registration with the State or National Physiotherapy Council.
- 0–1 year of clinical experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, professional, and patient-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for home visits within Gurugram.
- Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
