🦷 Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and patient-centric Floater Orthodontist to support multiple Toothsi Experience Center's across Mumbai. This dynamic role involves traveling between clinics based on operational needs to deliver high-quality orthodontic care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in clear aligner treatments, excellent clinical judgment, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Responsibilities:
- Travel across clinics in Dadar, Kharghar, Thane, and Ghatkopar as per daily roster
- Conduct aligner consultations and smile correction assessments
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and expected outcomes clearly to patients
- Perform orthodontic procedures including IPR (Interproximal Reduction) and attachment placement
- Monitor and manage ongoing aligner cases to ensure effective treatment progress
- Address patient queries, concerns, and clinical escalations professionally
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient flow and experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Support clinics during high patient volumes or doctor unavailability
