ROLE : Team Lead - SEO
LOCATION : Mumbai (Marol-Andheri)
WORKING DAYS : Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better SERP ranking.
Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO improvements.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.
Skill Required & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
6–8 years’ experience as an SEO Team Leader.
Total SEO experience of 6–8 years.
Expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.
Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in Pharma or Healthcare industry is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Ability to train and guide junior SEO team members.
