For the past 26 years, Cura Ayurvedic and Unani Limited has built a formidable legacy in the offline market. With a robust infrastructure of 6 manufacturing units, 8 warehouses across India, and a portfolio of over 600 SKUs, we have established deep, unwavering trust within the retail community.
We have the products, the manufacturing capability, and the financial backing. What we don’t have is a digital footprint. We are completely transparent about this: we have tried to crack the online market in the past and faced roadblocks. Now, we are looking for the right people to get involved.
We are looking for a driven, highly creative Digital Marketing Creative Head with experience of the same to build our online brand from absolute scratch. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will have the financial backing, the autonomy, and the resources to hire your own team and write the digital success story of a 26-year-old established brand.
Role Overview
You will be the architect of Cura’s digital transformation. As a creative visionary and a hands-on executor, your mandate is to establish a dominant online presence, build an engaged digital community, and drive the construction of India's Biggest Herbal Juice Brand's online identity. You will not just be managing a strategy; you will be building the machine that executes it.
Key Responsibilities
- Build from Scratch : Develop and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to establish a strong online footprint for the brand.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, hire, and lead a dedicated in-house digital marketing team (performance marketers, content creators, SEO specialists, etc.) with full financial backing from the company.
- Creative Brand Building : Establish a unique, modern, and compelling digital brand identity for our Ayurvedic products that resonates with today’s online consumers while representing our 26-year heritage and market presence.
- Performance & Growth: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through targeted campaigns across social media, search engines, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and our own D2C website.
- Analytics & Agility: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, ROAS). Pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
What We Are Looking For
- The "Builder" Mindset: You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You thrive in environments where you have to figure things out and get things done.
- Proven Experience: Extensive background in digital marketing, brand building, and e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG, healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic sectors.
- Creative Vision: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and the ability to turn traditional products into highly engaging digital content.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing creative and marketing teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A clear understanding of the legalities surrounding the marketing of health and Ayurvedic products in India.
