About the Role
We are looking for a Pharmacist who is careful, responsible, and enjoys working with medicines and prescriptions. In this role, you will read handwritten prescriptions (Parchis), convert them into digital records, and check that the information is correct. You will identify the right medicines, brands, strengths, and quantities, and enter them into our system with high accuracy. Your work helps customers receive the correct medicines and helps our team process orders quickly and safely. You will also work closely with other teams whenever a prescription needs clarification or additional checks.
Key Responsibilities
· Read handwritten prescriptions (Parchis) and convert them into accurate digital records.
· Identify the correct medicine name, strength, dosage, quantity, and other prescription details.
· Annotate prescriptions with complete and correct information in the system.
· Search medicine databases and verify medicine brands, compositions, and alternatives whenever required.
· Maintain accurate medicine and prescription data in company systems.
· Inform the team if a prescription is unclear, incomplete, or needs clarification.
· Follow company SOPs and pharmacy guidelines while processing every prescription.
· Complete daily work targets without compromising accuracy or quality.
· Keep all patient and prescription information confidential and handle it responsibly.
Skills & Competencies
· Good knowledge of medicines, brands, generic compositions, and prescriptions.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small mistakes.
· Basic computer skills and comfort using digital systems.
· Good communication skills to work with internal teams.
· Ability to stay focused while handling repetitive work.
· Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, production, quality assurance, formulation, or distribution will be an added advantage.
Success Metrics / KPIs
· Convert 90–120 prescriptions (Parchis) every day with less than 10% error.
· Accurately annotate 50–60 prescriptions every day.
· Maintain high quality and accuracy in all prescription records.
· Complete work within the required timelines.
· Follow all SOPs and quality standards consistently.
