About the role
As a BPC Audit Senior Executive, you will design SOPs, Delegation of authority matrix, Internal Controls & RACI matrix across all the companies in Godrej. You will be working as a part of the Business Process & Controls team in the corporate audit & assurance department. You are expected to be proactive, process-driven, and adaptable to challenging demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing SOPs, DOA’s & Internal Controls project as per the defined timelines.
- Updation of ICoFR checklist/ Operational controls checklist and upload the same for testing on Quick Control/ Quick Check portal.
- Circulate status on ICoFR testing with the respective teams as per defined timelines.
- Timely and user-friendly issuance of RACI across businesses
- Maintain adequate documentation of all the project executed by Business Process and Controls team
- Maintain tracker of all the Projects (SOPs, Controls, RACI, etc) carried out by the team and circulate MIS for team discussion
- Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested by management / internal audit team as necessary.
Education: Bachelor of Commerce / M-Com (Finance)
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years proven working experience in SOPs and Internal Controls with renowned Mid size firms/Big4 audit firms having exposure to manufacturing /real-estate vertical.
Skills:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products, specially MS Visio apart from Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Good understanding of processes and controls
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Sound independent judgement.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Experience in data analytics would be an added advantage.
