Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role based in Vadodara. The Physiotherapist will focus on designing and implementing tailored therapy plans to support children and adults with developmental and physical needs. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and executing treatment programs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Additionally, the role involves educating family members on exercises and routines to support ongoing growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, movement analysis, and exercise therapy
- Ability to create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and progress
- Experience in working with children and individuals with special needs is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for explaining treatments to patients and their families
- Collaboration skills for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Relevant certifications or training in pediatric and/or neurological physiotherapy are an advantage
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential
