As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our team and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about holistic health and patient-centered care. You will work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans using natural therapies, while collaborating with a team of therapists and wellness professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed health histories and presenting concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle counseling, and other naturopathic therapies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to support optimal health outcomes
- Educate patients on wellness strategies, preventive care, and sustainable lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to support integrated, whole-person care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and patient records
- Stay current with advancements in naturopathic and holistic health practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited institution
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (or eligible)
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic principles and evidence-informed natural therapies
- Experience or strong interest in mental health care, including youth and ADHD
- Experience supporting clients with PTSD and trauma-related concerns is considered an asset
- Experience or interest in menopause and perimenopause care is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and patient care skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
