Marbles Health is a brain healthcare company redefining standards of care across psychiatry and neurology. It's flagship product EASE, is India’s first medically licensed portable neuromodulation system, delivering safer, more effective medical care for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, and addiction to aphasia, cognitive decline, ADHD, OCD.
We visit patients at their homes and clinics and help them complete their brain health treatment using a small, safe device. Your job is to make sure every patient feels comfortable and well taken care of.
Your day-to-day:
→ Visit patients at home or clinic and run their treatment session
→ Set up the device and follow the steps you'll be trained on
→ Check in with patients, answer their questions, keep them at ease
→ Fill in a short note after each visit
→ Travel costs covered · Own 2-wheeler preferred
Who we're looking for:
→ Any background in Client Servicing (experience in healthcare or the medical field is a bonus)
→ Caring, patient, and easy to talk to
→ Comfortable speaking Hindi and English
→ Reliable, on time, and okay with field work
No prior experience needed — full training provided. This role can grow into clinical operations or leadership role upon expansion.
