Position: MBBS Emergency Doctor (Locum Duty)
Location: Delhi & Delhi NCR
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Registration: DMC Mandatory

Compensation Structure
Emergency Duty
* ₹422 per hour
* 10% TDS applicable as per government norms
16-Hour Emergency Duty
* ₹6,667 per duty
* 10% TDS applicable as per government norms
Ward Duty
* ₹322 per hour
* 10% TDS applicable as per government norms
Payment Cycle
Payments are processed on a monthly basis between the 15th and 20th of every month.
The final payout will be calculated based on the total number of duty hours completed during the month, after applicable TDS deductions as per government regulations.

Responsibilities
* Emergency patient assessment and stabilization
* Triage and acute care management
* Medical history taking and clinical examination
* Interpretation of investigations and initiation of treatment
* Emergency procedures and resuscitation support
* Coordination with nursing staff and specialists
* Accurate clinical documentation
* Adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications
* MBBS from a recognized institution
* Valid DMC Registration (Mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
* Strong clinical decision-making skills
* BLS/ACLS knowledge preferred
* Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
* Good communication and documentation skills
