Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Bengaluru. The Associate Dentist will provide clinical dental care during employee wellness camps, including examinations, preventive procedures, basic restorative treatments, and patient education. The role involves reviewing patient histories, documenting findings in digital records, coordinating with camp organizers and other medical professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards. The Associate Dentist will also counsel employees on oral health, follow up on recommended treatments, and support the smooth operation of wellness camps by maintaining punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Clinical dentistry skills, including comprehensive oral examinations, preventive care (scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments), and basic restorative procedures.
- Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Experience with digital record-keeping, basic dental radiography, and familiarity with standard dental equipment and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in camp and corporate settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to varying patient volumes.
- BDS degree from a recognized institution; valid dental registration/license in India; prior experience in clinical practice or health camps is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care, strong attention to detail, and a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru with occasional travel to corporate camp locations as required.
