Role Description The Clinical Dentist at MediVaah will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive, restorative, and minor surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting oral examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests and radiographs, performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and scaling, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, coordinating with other healthcare professionals when needed, and ensuring a high standard of patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent presence in the clinic or designated care locations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical dentistry skills, including oral examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of preventive and restorative procedures.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using dental instruments, radiographic equipment, and maintaining strict infection control and sterilization standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain treatment options, and build patient trust.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational abilities to manage appointments, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and coordinate care efficiently.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or higher dental qualification from a recognized institution, along with valid registration with the appropriate dental council.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and staying updated with current dental techniques and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital health platforms or willingness to adapt to technology-enabled patient management.
