About the Opportunity.
ProHire Network is recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Holistic Wellness Therapist for an exclusive luxury ladies-only spa and wellness club in Abu Dhabi, catering to VIP clientele.
We are seeking a passionate wellness professional with extensive practical experience in holistic massage, therapeutic bodywork, detoxification treatments, pain relief, muscle recovery and restorative wellness therapies.
This is a fully hands-on therapist role. The selected candidate must personally perform treatments, delivering exceptional therapeutic services and personalised wellness experiences.
The therapist will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals to support individual wellness journeys based on each guest's lifestyle, physical condition and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally perform holistic massage, therapeutic bodywork and specialised wellness treatments on guests.
- Deliver customised treatments focusing on detoxification, muscular tension, pain relief, relaxation and body recovery.
- Perform restorative and energy-balancing therapies according to professional training.
- Conduct guest consultations to understand individual wellness needs, preferences and treatment goals.
- Design and deliver personalised treatment sessions based on guest requirements.
- Collaborate with wellness specialists and practitioners to support comprehensive wellness programmes.
- Adapt massage techniques and treatment approaches according to each guest's physical condition.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, treatment quality, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide personalised and attentive service to VIP guests.

Holistic & Therapeutic Massage
- Swedish massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Aromatherapy massage
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Reflexology and acupressure
- Muscle recovery and tension-relief massage
Detoxification & Body Treatments
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- Detoxification-focused body rituals
- Body scrubs and exfoliation
- Therapeutic body wraps
- Restorative and rejuvenating body treatments
Energy & Restorative Wellness
- Reiki or other energy-balancing techniques
- Holistic relaxation therapies
- Stress-relief and restorative treatments
- Personalised wellness consultations and treatment planning
Candidates are not required to specialise in every treatment listed. However, excellent hands-on holistic massage and therapeutic treatment skills are essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in holistic wellness therapy or therapeutic massage preferred.
- Recognised professional certification in massage therapy, holistic wellness or complementary therapies.
- Proven experience personally performing holistic and therapeutic treatments on guests.
- Previous experience in a luxury day spa, private wellness club or premium wellness centre is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, muscular systems and treatment contraindications.
- Ability to customise treatments according to individual guest needs.
- Excellent English communication and guest consultation skills.
- Professional presentation, discretion and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.
- Experience serving VIP or high-profile clientele is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other wellness professionals.
- Willingness to attend a practical treatment assessment if shortlisted.
