We’re hiring: Operations Executive (Dentist – Non-Clinical Role) | DentatHome
DentatHome delivers clinic-grade dental care at the patient’s home. We are looking for a BDS graduate who wants to move into a non-clinical operations and supervision role and help us run safe, reliable, and high-quality daily operations—especially for elderly, immobile and medically-compromised patients.
Role: Operations Executive (Non-Clinical)
This is not a clinical / chairside role.
You will be responsible for daily operations, supervision and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily scheduling & coordination (through the receptionist) for
- patients, doctors and assistants
- Supervise SOPs and infection-control processes
- (sterilisation logs – 3 pm & 8 pm, hygiene and audit checks with assistants and admin)
- Oversee portable dental unit readiness and maintenance
- (coordinate with technician through admin team)
- Inventory tracking and zero stock-out monitoring
- (JCB / Black & Decker packing checks, lab coordination with admin)
- Data and documentation discipline:
- work-done entries
- consent & OPD forms
- end-of-day work-done report
- Ensure patient & caregiver communication is done daily by the team
- (same-day invoice sending, feedback / NPS follow-ups – you may need to speak to patients when required)
- Assist in internal training:
- assistant SOPs
- treatment workflows
- DentatHome operations manual
Criteria:
- BDS graduate (1–4+ years clinical exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- infection control
- chairside workflows
- clinical processes (to supervise operations effectively)
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Good phone and WhatsApp communication etiquette
- Comfortable with:
- Google Sheets / Docs
- basic practice-management / CRM software
- Languages: English + Hindi / Marathi preferred
