Doctor On Call LLC is a healthcare technology platform connecting patients with verified doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies through mobile and web applications. We are not a hospital or healthcare provider. We act as a tech aggregator enabling seamless access to healthcare services.
Our focus is on building strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors across Uzbekistan, while also expanding into medical tourism connecting patients to healthcare services in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, and Turkey.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in Uzbekistan. The primary responsibility is business development and partnerships, not clinical practice.
The role involves onboarding doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers onto the Doctor On Call platform. You will be responsible for building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and expanding the network across different cities.
You will also support medical tourism initiatives by connecting patients with hospitals and healthcare providers across multiple countries.
This is a field-driven sales and relationship role, but work setup is remote.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Drive partnerships and expand network across Uzbekistan
- Coordinate with internal tech and operations teams for onboarding and support
- Support medical tourism partnerships across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, and Turkey
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners and ensure active engagement on the platform
- Handle negotiations and commercial discussions with healthcare providers
Preferred Profile
- Previous experience working and living in Uzbekistan is highly preferred
- Strong local network in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare ecosystem
- Fluency in Uzbek or Russian is required
- Experience in sales, business development, or healthcare partnerships is preferred
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field
- Background in healthcare, pharma, or medical-related industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile apps
