ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC
ReDiaL Clinic is a metabolic reversal and lifestyle medicine clinic in South Delhi. We reverse Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity — not manage them. Our model is built on a clinical triangle: Doctor, Functional Fitness Coach, and Dietitian working together on every patient. Every decision is evidence-based, every protocol is structured, and every outcome is tracked.
We are led clinically by Dr. Gagandeep Singh, with over 12 years of experience in metabolic health reversal. The Junior Doctor joining this team will work directly under his supervision — learning a rigorous, outcomes-focused approach to lifestyle medicine that is difficult to find in a conventional clinical setting.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is a junior doctor clinical role. We are not looking for someone with years of independent practice. We are looking for someone who is sharp, genuinely curious about metabolic medicine, and ready to be trained in a very specific and structured way of working with patients.
The core of this role is patient care — regular reviews and assessments of active patients in the reversal programme, documentation of clinical progress, communication with the team, and supporting Dr. Gagandeep in running patient consultations. You will not be operating independently from day one. You will be guided, trained, and developed. What we need from you is clinical soundness, a genuine interest in lifestyle medicine as a discipline, and the ability to communicate well with patients.
If you have come from a conventional clinical background and are open to a fundamentally different approach to managing metabolic disease — one built on reversal rather than lifelong medication — this is the right environment to grow in.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAS)
Patient Reviews & Assessments
- Conduct regular structured reviews of active patients enrolled in the reversal programme — under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Gagandeep Singh
- Assess clinical progress at defined intervals: review lab reports, track metabolic markers, and compare against programme targets
- Document findings clearly and accurately in the patient's clinical record after every review
- Identify patients who are not progressing as expected and flag to the clinical lead with observations and supporting data
- Communicate review outcomes to the patient in a clear, empathetic, and motivating way
2
Patient Consultations
- Assist Dr. Gagandeep in initial and follow-up consultations — preparing case summaries, reviewing history, and documenting clinical notes
- Conduct follow-up consultations independently as clearance and confidence develops, within the defined clinical framework
- Address patient queries related to their clinical status, programme progress, medications, and lifestyle protocol — escalating where needed
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and reassuring patient experience across every interaction
3
Medication & Protocol Management
- Support the implementation of medication tapering protocols under Dr. Gagandeep's supervision — documenting changes, monitoring patient response, and flagging concerns
- Interpret lab reports and clinical data to assist in adjusting treatment plans in line with programme protocols
- Ensure all medication-related decisions are documented clearly and communicated to the patient accurately
- Stay current on the clinic's lifestyle protocols — dietary interventions, fasting frameworks, exercise interaction with metabolic markers
4
Clinical Documentation & Records
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient records on all designated platforms
- Ensure every consultation, review, and clinical interaction is documented promptly — not at end of day
- Prepare periodic patient progress summaries for clinical team reviews
- Support case study and success story documentation for internal learning and research purposes
5
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the Functional Fitness Coach and Dietitian on each patient — share clinical observations relevant to their domains
- Participate in weekly inter-disciplinary team reviews — present patient updates, flag concerns, and align on next steps
- Be the clinical point of contact for the fitness and nutrition team when they have patient-related queries
- Communicate any clinical flags — medication changes, lab results, patient health events — to relevant team members promptly
6
Learning & Development
- Actively participate in training sessions, clinical discussions, and learning programmes led by Dr. Gagandeep Singh
- Stay current on research in lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, insulin resistance, and disease reversal
- Bring observations and questions from patient interactions into team discussions — contribute to improving protocols
- Approach every case as a learning opportunity — the clinic's model is specific and depth of understanding develops over time
QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND
REQUIRED
- MBBS from a recognised medical institution — mandatory and non-negotiable
