Position - ICU Nurse and Staff Nurse Experience - 2+ Years Salary - Based on Experience and Last CTC Key Responsibilities • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs and advanced hemodynamic parameters • Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments accurately • Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans • Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and code situations • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes • Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety standards are strictly followed
