- Acute Care Management (Mandatory skill) - Ability to handle and oversee patients with acute illness and ensure proper care is administered promptly.
- Patient Assessment (Mandatory skill) - Skilled in conducting thorough and efficient patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Mandatory skill) - Proficient in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and information retrieval.
- Clinical Decision Making - Adept at making quick and accurate clinical decisions under pressure while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Emergency Response Techniques - Capable of effectively responding to emergencies using best practice techniques to stabilize patients.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certified in BLS, demonstrating the ability to perform lifesaving interventions in case of cardiac emergencies.
- Team Coordination - Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
- Patient Communication - Excellent communication skills for relaying critical medical information to patients and families clearly and compassionately.
