Role Description This is a full-time role for a Dietitian and Business Development professional. The role involves providing evidence-based nutritional counseling to individuals with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and other chronic conditions, including developing personalized diet plans and monitoring patient progress through teleconsultations. The professional will also collaborate with clinicians, care coordinators, and product teams to refine clinical protocols and contribute nutrition-focused content for the Health Management Platform. On the business development side, the role includes identifying and engaging potential partners such as clinics, hospitals, nutritionists and community organizations, supporting onboarding of new clients, and gathering feedback to improve services. The role also involves contributing to awareness initiatives, educational campaigns, and patient engagement programs that promote sustainable lifestyle changes and better health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to translate clinical guidelines into practical, culturally appropriate diet plans.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy, especially for diabetes, pre-diabetes, and related chronic conditions.
- Experience in Weight Management interventions, GLP-1, including behavior-change strategies and long-term follow-up.
- Excellent communication and teleconsultation skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate patients remotely.
- Interest in business development, partnership building, or healthcare program outreach is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with digital health platforms and basic data tracking tools; openness to learning new technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related health science field; relevant professional registration or certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with chronic disease management programs or public health initiatives is an advantage.
