ABOUT THE ROLE
KNK Salon is expanding its aesthetic and wellness services and seeks a qualified Aesthetic Doctor to anchor
the clinical division on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This role will serve as the medical backbone of the
aesthetic services — responsible for clinical consultations, treatment protocols, and patient safety oversight. As
the clinic grows, the engagement is expected to evolve into a full-time position.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Essential
• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution — strongly preferred
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI / NMC)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or a dermatology setting
• Hands-on experience or formal training in injectables — Botox and dermal fillers
• Sound understanding of skin anatomy, treatment planning, and contraindications
Acceptable Alternative — BDS Candidates
• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) with formal training in facial aesthetics
• BDS candidates must operate strictly within their clinically defined scope of practice
• Experience in facial injectables and non-invasive aesthetic procedures is mandatory for BDS applicants
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultations & Assessment
• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations with new and returning clients
• Perform thorough skin assessments and identify client concerns, goals, and contraindications
• Maintain detailed client records, signed consent forms, and treatment notes
• Educate clients on available procedures, expected outcomes, associated risks, and aftercare
Treatment Planning & Protocols
• Design customized treatment plans aligned with individual client goals and budget
• Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols for all medical procedures at the salon
• Review and approve treatment plans devised by therapists before high-tech equipment usage
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) as new technologies are introduced

Clinical Supervision & Oversight
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the Senior Aesthetic Therapist and support staff
• Authorize and oversee all HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatment sessions
• Review and sign off on RF Micro needling protocols prior to each session
• Ensure all procedures adhere to medical safety standards and ethical practice guidelines
Injectables — Future Scope
• Administer Botulinum Toxin (Botox) and Hyaluronic Acid filler treatments as the clinic scales
• Manage post-injectable follow-ups and handle adverse reactions or complications
• Stay updated on injectable techniques, product advancements, and safety guidelines
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with clinical hygiene, infection control, and sterilization standards
• Maintain accurate client documentation in line with medical record-keeping norms
• Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and service reviews

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to build immediate client confidence
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical thinking for treatment planning
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a salon/clinic environment
• Willingness to stay current with aesthetic medicine developments and techniques
