MedoPlus has its own physical Clinics at Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad and Tikaitganj, featuring modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment in 4 block towns of Barabanki district of UP. These clinics offer services of OPD, medicine dispensation, instant lab tests for major parameters, sample collection, health insurance, health loans, Ayushmann services, etc. Each Clinic is supported by a full time nurse, pharmacist, phlebotomist and optometrist. These clinics offer OPD consultations and treatment by a Physician, Gynaecologist and Dentist on a rotation basis.Each clinic have eye care shops - EYE WORLD. Each Clinic is supported by 25+ village based MedoMITR who will guide rural patients to these Clinics.

MedoPlus plans to establish 100 clinics in PAN India in the next three years. Employees will grow along with the organization.
Details about work location and timings:
MedoPlus requires young and dynamic Optometrists as at Dariyabad, Tikaitganj, and Suratganj as its in-house Optometrists.
Requirements
- Should have Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent qualification with necessary General Optical Council (GOC) registration/license to practice as optometrist which has NOT been associated with any other distributor/retailer/facility.
- Have good knowledge of using refractometer and other equipment.
- Inventory management has to be in line with the SOPs
- Manage P&L of the optometrist store
- Deploying camps in various villages
- 100% automated billing through MedoPlus App only
- Ability to work on computers and smartphones
Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in optical retail (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and frames
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good Team Player
- Should be passionate to serve in rural area
- Have experience of deploying eye care camps
Adherence of following regulations –
- Sufficient stocks to be maintained so that no shortage of any product is observed
- All SOPs of upkeep, stock management has to be maintained
