A fast-growing healthcare services provider in India, we are redefining hospital operations through digital transformation, patient-centric workflows, and data-driven administrative leadership. Our hospitals serve urban and semi-urban populations with scalable models of care delivery, and we are seeking a visionary MD Hospital Administration to drive operational excellence, financial health, and regulatory compliance across our network. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hospital administration including patient flow, bed management, billing, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.
- Design and implement KPIs for clinical and non-clinical departments to improve service delivery, reduce wait times, and increase patient satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance — budgeting, cost containment, revenue cycle management, and insurance claim processing — in alignment with hospital goals.
- Ensure adherence to NABH, NABL, and state health department protocols; manage audits, accreditations, and staff training on compliance standards.
- Collaborate with clinical leads, HR, and IT to integrate digital health records, automate administrative processes, and reduce operational friction.
- Act as chief liaison with government bodies, insurers, pharmacy suppliers, and community stakeholders to strengthen hospital positioning and partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
- Experience with NABH/NABL accreditation frameworks
- Proficiency in hospital MIS and billing software (e.g., Hospitall, Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Financial planning and cost control in healthcare settings
- Staff rostering, HR coordination, and performance metrics in clinical environments
- Regulatory knowledge of Indian healthcare laws (Clinical Establishments Act, RTPC, etc.)
Preferred
- Experience managing multi-specialty hospitals with 100+ beds
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and HL7/FHIR integration
- Track record of improving patient satisfaction scores or reducing patient abandonment rates
